What is Rhodium plating, we hear you ask? 

Plating with rhodium creates a white, highly shiny surface that shines like new. The ring’s surface may lose its lustre and start to wear down over time. Through rhodium replating, we can bring back the lustre of your white gold jewellery, making it appear brand new.

• Ultrasonic cleaner - removes dirt from stone set jewellery
• Buffing – polishes out surface scratches
• Steam clean – high-precision steam cleaner to bring out the sparkle in your diamonds and other precious stones 

Frequently Asked Questions: 

How long will the rhodium replating last on my ring?
This depends on how frequently you wear your jewellery.  The rhodium plating will wear away with contact and exposure to components such as skin oils, dishwashing detergent, and moisturiser. To safeguard your rings, we recommend that you remove your jewellery while washing dishes and chores. 

Can you turn a yellow gold ring into a white gold ring?
We can achieve this, but it is not a permanent solution and will fade out over time; therefore, rhodium will need to be reapplied to maintain the white look of your jewellery. Should you decide you don't like your jewellery’s new white gold appearance, the rhodium plating over yellow gold can be carefully removed.
